あなたは実際に真実を語るのでなければ、この内側の正直さを大きく進展させられません。
あなたが言うことは軽くて深みがありません。ですが、真実を語り始める時初めて、あなたは何が内側で起こっているかを本当に知ることができます。そうでなければ、知ることはできません。
あなたはその深部にたどり着き、そのとき奇跡が起こります。

そこにあるものを見ることです。
理解して下さい。基本的に「内側の正直さ」とは「そこにあるものを見る」ことです。
「真実」とは「あなたが見るものを話す」ことです。完全に事実に則しているわけではなく、それはある時点までだけです。「真実」が正直さになります。外側の正直さです。
まず見て、その後それについて話してください。見るとは一つのことで、話すことはもう一つのことです。そして話せば、あなたはその効果が想像もできないと分かるでしょう。
あなたは何もする必要はありません。
その後全ては自動的です。試してみて下さい。
全ての瞬間が人生における喜びの瞬間になるでしょう。それで十分です。あなたは人生で、それ以外何も強く欲しがるものはなくなるでしょう。あなたは「これが欲しい、あれば欲しい」と言わなくなります。内側で起こっていることをただ見ることに、すごい喜びがあります。人生にあるのは、それだけです。

内側で起こっていることを見て下さい。そして、それがどうだか私に教えて下さい。あなたはそれを見ていないから退屈なのです。人生は無意味で目的がないと思い、だからこれが欲しいあれが欲しいとたくさんの願望を作り出しています。
でも、もしあなたが実際に何が起こっているかを見れば、物凄い喜びがあり、人生で他のものが何も欲しくなくなるでしょう。あなたは乞食かもしれない。ハンセン病かもしれない。貧民街に座っているかもしれません。何も起こりはしません。
あなたはただ、人生の全ての瞬間を楽しんでいるでしょう。
あなたはお金も名前も名声も何も要らない。安全すら要りません。あなたは死ぬことも怖くありません。そして不思議なことに、人生があなたの面倒を見てくれます。内側に正直な人は、人生または神（あるいはそれを何と呼んでも良いです）が面倒を見てくれます。内側に不正直な人たちは死にます。
もしあなたが内側に正直で、食べる物を持っていなければ、あなたに食べ物がやってきます。どういうわけかそれが起こります。どういうわけか車で送ってもらえます。あなたは行きたい所に行きます。人生は奇跡的になります。内側に不正直だから、こうしたことがあなたの人生で起こらないのです。
でも、内側に正直になろうと努力しないで下さい。
本当に内側に正直であるべきです。その時初めて奇跡が起こります。その時初めてあなたは偉大な存在になります。すると祝福があなたにやってきます。祝福です。
私たちが話してきたことが、全て真実になります。なぜ行き詰っているのかそれはあなたが真実ではないからです。ゆえに内側に不正直です。つまりあなた自身の内側で何が起こっているかを決して本当は見て来なかった。それゆえあなたは進み続けるために外側の物事が必要なのです。

Sri Bhagavan:
Unless you really speak the truth, you cannot develop this inner Integrity to great extent.
What you say is easy, it lacks depth. But only when you start speaking the truth, you will really know what's going on inside not otherwise. You will get to the depths of it, then the miracle happens.
The miracle is, it'll take you to the roots and you'll find everything is empty and therefore you become free of it. The joy that you would discover cannot be described.
It does not matter what is there.
Can you see what is there.
what is authenticity?
Seeing what is there.
Understand Basically inner integrity seeing what is there truth is speaking what you see.
Not exactly being factual, that's only up to a point.
Truth becomes authenticity, external authenticity.
First you see and then you speak about it.
Seeing is one thing, speaking is another thing.
And if you speak you'll find the effect is unimaginable.
Nothing you need do, it's all automatic thereafter. Try it out.
Every moment will be a joyous moment in your life. It's enough. You would not ache for anything else in life. You won't say "I want this, I want that" Such joy in just seeing what is going on inside. That's all there is to life.
What is life? See what is going on inside.
Then tell me how it is. Because you're not seeing it, you feel bored, you find life is meaningless, purposeless, therefore you want this , you want that. So many desires you're creating.
But if you do actually see what is going on there's such Joy. you will not want anything else in life. You could be a beggar, You could be a leper, you could be sitting in a gutter. Nothing will happen.
You'll be just enjoying every moment of your life. You don't need money, no name, no Fame, nothing, not even security. You won't be afraid of dying also. And strangely, life would take care of you. All authentic people they are taken care of by life or by God whatever you want to call it. In athentic people
will die.
If you are authentic and you don't have food, food will come to you somehow it will happen somehow you get a lift you'll go where you want to go your life becomes miraculous. Because you're inauthentic these things don't happen to you in life.
But again don't try to be authentic Should really be authentic. Only then miracles will happen. Only then you become a great being. Then the benediction comes on you, the blessing.
All that you have spoken becomes truth. Why i it people are stuck? Because you are untruthful, therefore inauthentic. Therefore you never really seen what's going on inside yourself.
